How To Attract Psychic Coincidences by Derek Calibre

Coincidences are clever mysteries. They are like winks from the Universe, confirming our dreams and psychic visions. When we experience a coincidence we feel a spiritual force is at work in our lives, organizing events in such a way as to grab our attention. But perhaps it's our attention that causes coincidences to occur.

Over the last few years, coincidences played out for me all the time. For most of the last few months though, none came to me. Or I didn't notice any. About three weeks ago, I wondered where the coincidences had gone. It was this wondering that called them back to my awareness: I was paying attention again.

If it's been a while since you noticed a coincidence, you can attract one one to you simply by wondering if one will make an appearance. Ask yourself for a symbol that could play out in your future reality. Any symbol will do. Simply close your eyes, and accept the very first thing that pops to mind. Accepting the very first thing that comes to mind is difficult to do for a lot of people. Often, the first thing that pops to mind seems silly or irrelevant, so we tend to dismiss it. But psychic insights are quick!

Recently, for me, it was frogs that popped to my mind. Leaping, croaking frogs. It sounds silly to think frogs would have any real significance in my world, that they might indicate some direction, suggest an idea, lead me someplace. Then again, why second guess a harmless psychic vision?

I performed an automatic writing exercise, letting frogs play in my mind. I believe the Intelligence that arranges coincidences loves to play. So I wrote a page about frogs in my psychic journal. Psychic experiences can arise out of this exercise. I recommend you write about your symbol, or whatever comes to mind. Write quickly. A paragraph will do.

I wrote, "Leaping Frog! Peeping up in the water, plucking at the banjo, burping in the bog, singing me to sleep all night, through the summer. Tad poles swimming in a bowl. I watched you change, change, change. Aquarium, terrarium. Boy, I wonder. When I was a boy I took you back to the swamp behind our yard. You were home, where you belong."

Insights into the meaning behind coincidences can be found in the symbolism of their elements. Writing about the frog, which I thought of as my psychic symbol, helped me see how it might perform in action. I'd be looking for any frogs that appear in my future reality to, by coincidence, match these visions. True, my depictions were typical- frogs as they might ordinarily be seen— leaping, singing, in a swamp, etc. But this helps to remind me of the energy behind the archetype. If frogs were to be communicating any psychic messages to me, those messages might be about transformation and change, entertainment, making a leap, going home, living in two worlds. Perhaps I am undergoing my own metamorphosis!

Like the frog, I live in two worlds- one imaginary, one real. As an actor, when I perform on stage, I live in an imaginary world. The same is true for another role I play in life, the role of a psychic. When psychics see visions for people, those visions appear in their imaginations! To develop your psychic ability, you have to believe in your imagination.

Frog's first appearance came to me at The Museum of Natural History, just down the street from my apartment. A huge new banner announced the museum's new exhibit: 200 live frogs. In ancient cultures, frogs were thought to be totems of rain delivery. Auspiciously, it was raining.

My umbrella gave me a little trouble after I entered the subway station. I had to jiggle its spring mechanism a bit to get it to close. Once securely fastened, I thought for a moment of what a great and valuable invention the spring is. How wonderful it is that to open an umbrella, you simply push a button and poof! It's open!

I have this childlike amazement of simple things like this. A sense of wonder and naiveté is essential to developing your psychic ability. If you want to attract coincidences, renew your sense of appreciation for life's simple miracles. My mind went to various applications for the brilliant little spring. Watches, pogo sticks, mattresses. When I'm on the subway train my mind goes off into the silliest places!

As the train was coming to a stop, I dug my fingers into the bottom of my backpack in search of lip balm. I touched something small and smooth that I couldn't identify, so I pulled it out. It was a spring from a pen that had cracked and come apart in my bag. At that very moment, I looked out the window. We were stopped at Spring Street!

Coincidences reveal an otherwise invisible connection that ties all things together. Our psychic minds are tied in to this invisible thread. The evidence is in little moments like these. The psychic mind is active within us, even if we are not conscious of it.

A few days after this train ride, my friend Ken and I decided to go see Sam Shepard's True West in the East Village. At the theatre, I was given a program. The name of the production company was Curious Frog!

A day or two later, I was in acting class, when my teacher brought up the subject of stage props. He suggested we bring in any we thought we might use in scenes. A couple of students digressed for a moment about some of the strange props the studio has had over the years. "What ever happened to those frogs?" one of them said. "Remember those two ceramic frogs? For a while, they were in every scene!"

I visited my parents in Rhode Island for a few days. Just after my arrival, my mother pointed into the back yard, and said, "What do you think of our new garden ornament?" She was referring to two ceramic frogs! They were squatting on a log.

That evening, we went to see the movie UP. A preview played for a feature animation called "The Princess and the Frog." In the film UP, a frog humorously made an appearance as an alarm clock. Later, as I laid in bed, real frogs began plucking away in the little swamp behind our house.

A lot of frogs ended up appearing in my reality after that first "psychic vision." Coincidences happen in the places where we dream. For me, it's the theatre, film, the home where I grew up. The "visions" I had in my psychic journal really did describe the frogs that came to me!

Coincidences leave us feeling touched by something special. We ask what they mean as if there was only one meaning. But coincidences mean many things. They mean whatever you want them to mean, and more. When they appear, take it as a sign that your psychic mind is awakening, even calling you. Notice where your symbols appear and spend time at these places. You may feel some of the meanings behind coincidences are hidden, but a path is being laid out for you. Coincidences are a mystery, but they sure are fun to cultivate and follow!

The Keys To Psychic Growth by Andrew Garley

Hullo I am Andrew Garley I am honoured to get you initiated with seven day-to-day lessons in building up your paranormal reading gifts.

Self expansion contributes to the unveiling of your super-senses.
Overtime you can produce the power to pick up information that appears outside of context to "reality" e.g as in being able psychically to foretell the future.

This may seem to have nothing to do with being psychic but surprisingly, some elementary politeness. Is really important in life! Articulating "Thanks" when a doorway is opened for you. Being appreciative for small pleasures.

Getting psychic means you can interperate differing energy states, this comes up first before you are able to begin "talking" or "hearing" spirit entities. Those that are born with precocious clairvoyant skills extend onto become mediums as a instinctive advancement.

Just like acquiring anything new - you have to strive to it to a certain extent. But all it needs is a few minutes every day and you'll be stunned at your progress. Don't break off after trying it once for a minute!

Set Off to become conscious of the now. And thus this second, look at yourself. How are you with others? Are you distinguishing their worth? Get familair with how you react to others.

Magnify your all-encompassing self, by first becoming aware. Extending your consciousness is how we grow.

There is an energy force field we are interlaced with, this energy field is constructed of complex sections such as planetary influence, entities and astral beings, your guardian angel and your spiritual guides, angel beings and your deceased loved ones. All of life is simply one energy force, made up of umpteen complex levels. But in the final stage as one. We are wholly as one!

That is why self awareness is so crucial. It enables you to pick up on outside forces. Where the energy is so fine, it can only be got at by a quietening of the over-whelming physical world and the knowledge of the energy you "own" and can indentify yourself.

Till the next lesson, Love and Blessings

Changing Your Mindset by Richard Nicholls

These are all questions that when asking ourselves, we need to be completely honest. If we are not honest, our frustrations will continue and we'll never be able to move forward. The first step each of us needs to make is to identify what is holding us back from achieving our dreams. Only once they are identified can we work on them. In order to work on them, make a plan and set goals!

If you do the same thing tomorrow that you did today, you will certainly get the same results. If you want your life to head in a different direction, you need to do something different in your routine. The only way you can get out of the rut of an average life, is if YOU do something that will set you apart. It doesn't matter what it is, start with baby steps. Go to the library and borrow a book on that hobby you have always wanted to learn, enrol in a distance learning course to increase your education, start exercising. The possibilities are endless, you just need to start, and start now! Never wait till tomorrow, because tomorrow never comes.

To give you some perspective, here is an example from my own life. I consider myself an entrepreneur. I have set high goals and standards for myself. Since adapting this new line of thought I have cut out tension relieving activities, and allocated that free time to goal achieving activities. I went from watching at least 15 hours of T.V. to watching no T.V. We recently got rid of our T.V. which was a difficult decision, but I am now reaping the rewards of allocating my time elsewhere. It is up to you to decide what you want to do with your free time, but this is a personal example of what I have done to free up some time. Now I spend that time studying and trying to build business relationships and feel that I am no longer living an average life. I'm living for something bigger.

In 'Rich Dad, Poor Dad' Robert Kiyosaki talks about what it takes to become a sophisticated investor. He states that you need be earning at least $200,000 a year, and then goes on to say that if you think that is a lot of money, you are right, it is, and it probably always will be to you. But, if you see that as an achievable goal to set yourself, you will get there. A large proportion of our lives are determined by the personal perception we have of ourselves, our values, our beliefs and our surroundings. If you want to live an above average life, then start by changing your mindset.

Changing your mindset involves the stubborn side of your attitude. You need to decide what you want to do or believe and refuse to believe anything else. You need to decide that $200,000 is not a lot of money and start exploring and studying ways for you to achieve your earnings goal, whether it is $100,000, or $1 million, or $100 million. If you get the chance Google 'Bill Bartman' and see the decisions he made to get to where he is today.

The bottom line is that it is up to you and only you to make a difference in your life. Don't worry about things out of your control, only focus on what you can control. Start with changing your mindset.

It's Your LIfe! Create Your Own Success! by Maria Rattray

Life is not a dress rehearsal. The clock is ticking, second by second, minute by minute, hour by hour. In all of this you are painting your life, your story. How will it read?

What if each of us could live our lives, defiant of barriers, determinedly seeking only solutions to our problems? Would that change our word significantly? Would hatred still exist? Would our world be a more peaceful one? Could we be a nation of dreamers, intent on painting our optimal picture?

You see, in life, each of us is dealt a pack of cards. The way we see our pack, and the way in which we deal with the pack, is entirely up to us. Oh I know. It is true that we are not born equal. Some of us are born into extreme wealth whilst others inherit abject poverty. Some rise to higher education. Others may go through life lacking any formal education at all. Many of us are discriminated against for a myriad of reasons, the colour of our skin, our creed, our nationality, a disability, or just the way we look. Even more are discriminated against through lack of money. All of us however, at some stage in our lives have adversity thrust upon us, no matter who we are, or where we have come from. It is in dealing with such adversity that we emerge as the people we are.

I was recently privileged to listen to a speech given by Neal Petersen, a highly-successful motivational speaker. Classified as coloured in his birth place of Cape Town South Africa, Neil grew up in a poor family, in the grip of apartheid where blacks were required to follow laws dictated to them in order to survive. Daring to challenge the laws was done at their peril!

Neal's passion was the sea, to have a boat and one day, to sail that boat around the world. People laughed at the notion, many people, friends included. But Neal was doggedly determined to do so, and kept, as a reminder of his determination, a red sailing jacket, which went everywhere with him. He still has it today!

It's one thing to have a dream of sailing, but that costs money, lots of money! It wasn't long before Neal realised that the money he was earning through diving would hardly be sufficient to support his dream. He realised that by the time he had saved the money, he would be too old to sail, and so, he set out to build his own vessel. His fellow yachtsmen and journalists, referred to it as the floating coffin. But Neal was not going to allow anyone to steal his dream and so, it was in the coffin, that as a young man, he set out to sail the world. Despite his critics, he was successful, and that taught others that with passion and purpose, people can succeed.

He also talked about baggage. How many of us have baggage that we port from one aspect of our living to another? He points out that in his 'bag' there is no baggage, only solutions and he urges all of us to do the same for ourselves, that is, to find solutions to our problems. Even in these toughest of economic times, if we look, if we try hard enough, if we are goal-oriented, we can succeed. His experience is testimony to that!

He went on to explain that, when times are tough, and when you feel that you have reached your nadir, that is when you are metaphorically navigating through uncharted waters. But, he also points out, that this is the precise time, that critical juncture, when we should be putting our dreams into place. Dreams give us hope. They keep us buoyant. Moreover, they open up to us, amazing possibilities for our future.

You see, all too many of us, coast along in the highway of life, staying in our comfort zone, doing what is easiest and least challenging. Scary, isn't it! And it is only when we reach absolute turmoil that our minds are indeed, open to change.

At such times there are probably two clear pathways that we can take. The first option is the easy one. We can cave in and accept the status quo, because the reality is that financial hardship beats away at our pride and leaches our confidence and the will to persevere and fight back. If only we could understand at that time, that the loss of confidence is but a perception! It is not bathed in reality. We haven?t changed. If we look in the mirror we are still the same person as we were the day before, and the day before that! Sure we have lost money, but if we stop and think about it, what exactly is money? It is simply a vehicle for getting by from one day to the next.

Once we understand that, we can try to proceed along the other pathway. But in doing so, we must toss any doubts, any scepticism and pessimism, away, for if we don't, you can guarantee that it will show up in our bank account! Now there's a scarier thought! From now on, our mindset, our determination, our belief in ourselves must be so strong that failure is not an option!

Neil says that we define our future by the wisdom of our setbacks. We must win against all odds. In all of this we must trust, knowing that we are being tempered for something bigger, some new peaks where we will choose our competitors.
